Throughout the last 10 years of working on the frontlines of social services, Jamie-Lynn has seen the incredible impact therapy can have on individuals and families’ quality of life. At AURA, she wants to share that with as many people as possible!
Jamie-Lynn is passionate about normalizing psychotherapy and aims to create a safe space where anyone in Ontario can access a professional, compassionate and empathetic therapist who will work with them to help them achieve their therapy goals.
