After over 12 years in social services, one trend that I have noticed is a reluctance from people to reach out for support around their emotional health when they need it. There are so many reasons for this, but they all boil down to one truth; people are suffering in silence.

That’s where the dream for Aura The Psychotherapy Centre began! My goal is to make accessing psychotherapy easy, comfortable, and safe! I am passionate about normalizing psychotherapy in our society and I strive every day to create a safe space where anyone in Ontario can access a professional, compassionate, empathetic therapist who will work with them to help them achieve their therapy goals.
